Aiming for breakthrough in precise caculation of important physical quantities relevant for particle and nuclear physics, the following topics are studied :1. CP-violating K→ππ decay through Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Masukawa theory2. Lattice QCD+QED simulation, isospin breaking effects3. Hadronic contributions to the anomalous magnetic moment of muon (g-2)μ（light-by-light and hadronic vacuum polarization contriutions）4. B meson decay and mixings5. Proton and Neutron’s permanent electric dipole moment (EDM) and nucleon’s form factors and structure functions6. New error reduction technique for lattice simulation
