The difference in the stock line of embryonic stem cells or an incubation atmosphere can be considered as a factor which influences an efficiency of a differentiation induction from an embryonic stem cell line. In our results, it was suggested that a status of embryonic stem cells for differentiation to primordial germ cells in vitro was also important, not only other secreted substances.
