Development of peer review system using patient records for outcome evaluation of medical education

为建立可靠的病案同行评议制度，我们制定了一份评估表，包括14项（3分制）的记录保存和15项（5分制）的护理质量。随机选择112例患者，由4名审稿人根据评价表对病历进行审评。评价者的平均测量类内相关系数为0.917（95%可信区间为0.912-0.921）。该系统被证明是可行的，具有很高的可靠性来评估病人的护理表现。

To establish a reliable peer review system of medical records, we developed an evaluation sheet consisting of 14 items (3-point scale) for record keeping and 15 items (5-point scale) for quality of care. Medical records of randomly-selected 112 patients were reviewed by four reviewers according to the evaluation sheet. The average measure intraclass correlation for reviewers was 0.917 (95% confidence interval, 0.912-0.921). This system proved feasible with high reliability for assessing patient careperformances.
