A Proteomic analysis of normal urine proteome and seeking of urinary proteins originated from the glomerulus, we found biomarker candidates of tubular injury (NGAL, L-FABP, KIM-1, Megalin) and glomerulus injury (Podocalyxin, SHPS-1, Crumbs-like protein 2). We now constructed SRM transition conditions for multiplexed assay of these biomarkers using TripleQ-mass spectrometer.
