Anti-HLA antibody (a-HLA Ab) and donor specific antibody (DSA) in recipients were measuredbefore and after the living donor liver transplantation (LDLT), using LAB Screen singleantigen examination. Both titers of a-HLA Ab and DSA did not show significant correlationwith the post-transplant survival. Prevalence of post-transplant DSA was 0% in classI and 15% in class II. This study showed the dynamics of anti-donor antibody in LDLT,and presented the basic data for the research of antibody-mediated immunoreaction in livertransplantation.

采用LAB Screen单抗原检查，在活体肝移植（LDLT）前后测定受者体内的抗HLA抗体（a-HLA Ab）和供体特异性抗体（DSA）。 a-HLA Ab 和 DSA 滴度与移植后存活率均无显着相关性。移植后 DSA 的发生率在 I 类中为 0%，在 II 类中为 15%。本研究揭示了LDLT中抗供体抗体的动态变化，为肝移植中抗体介导的免疫反应研究提供基础数据。
