We identified Protein C whose expression was specifically increased in leiomyosarcoma compared to normal myometrium and Protein L whose expression was specifically reduced in leiomyosarcoma compared to normal myometrium, by iTRAQ method and immunohistochemistry using clinical samples of uterine leiomyosarcoma and normal myometrium. Currently we are analyzing functions of these proteins.
