Analysis of stem/progenitor cell in human irradiated salivarygland

用辐照的人唾液腺细胞和人唾液腺癌细胞系检测唾液腺干/祖细胞。在辐照后的唾液腺组织中，唾液腺干细胞的分离不稳定。涎腺癌细胞系表现为增殖和再多分化。此外，免疫组织学检测了入侵时唾液腺淀粉酶活性，发现入侵时唾液腺淀粉酶活性升高，表明淀粉酶活性与唾液腺干/祖细胞的活性动态密切相关。

The salivary gland stem/progenitor cells were examined using the irradiated human salivary gland cells and human salivary-glands cancer cell line. In the irradiated-salivary gland tissue, salivary gland stem cell was not isolated stably. Sarivary gland cancer cell line showed proliferation with re-multidifferentiation. Furthermore, the salivary-glands amylase activity at the time of invasion was measured immunohistologically, salivary-glands amylase activity went up at the time of invasion, indicating that amylase activity was involving closely the activity dynamic state of a salivary-glands stem/progenitor cell.
