This report, based on surveys of the actual condition and the present state, considered the continuance and development factors of the agricultural study through experience in Japan. In this study, the survey was implemented in both domestic and England with breaking down the object by school, cooperation and farmers. As the result, in the management of farming experience activity including farming education, the followings were found; The development of activities which taking social role into consideration is the essential element for continuous management and the continuation of further research of similarity-based is necessary.

本报告在考察日本农业研究的实际情况和现状的基础上，从日本农业研究的经验出发，探讨了农业研究的可持续性和发展性因素。本研究在国内和英国进行了调查，调查对象分为学校、合作社和农民。研究结果显示，在农事体验活动（包括农事教育）的管理中，考虑社会角色的活动开发是持续管理的基本要素，基于相似性的进一步研究是必要的。
