项目摘要

平成25年度は、これまで行ってきた自閉症スペクトラム障害(ASD ; autism spectrum disorder)児に対して有効な語彙学習方略と思われる、一場面では学習成立のための確定的な手がかりがなく、通状況的に証拠を蓄積することが必要な「通状況的語彙学習」の最中のASD児と定型発達児の注視パターンについて解析を行った。また、これまでの我々や他研究グループの知見からは、社会的な手がかりによる言語学習や語彙学習時の形バイアス(shape bias)がASD児においては特異的であることが示されている。そのため、ASD児においても有効であると考えられる通状況的語彙学習についてのプログラムを作成した。日常場面や療育への応用については、今後の課題である。これまで、新生児が顔状刺激への選好を示すことが報告されており、これが後の社会性の発達に重要であるとされている。平成23年度は、顔らしさの判断基準は、ASD者と定型発達者で共通であることを明らかにした。平成24年度は、事象関連電位(脳波)を指標として、顔らしさへの反応についてASD者と定型発達者を対象に、検討を行った。平成25年度は、引き続き、顔状刺激への反応について、意識に上る前の初期処理について心理物理学的な手法を用いて、検討を行った。その結果、ASD者も、顔状刺激がそうでない刺激よりも意識に上りやすいことが示された。このことは、定型発達児において新生児期に見られる顔状刺激への敏感性が、ASD児においても見られる可能性を示唆しており、同時に、顔状刺激への敏感性がそのまま社会性の発達へ繋がるとするモデルには限界があることを示唆している。
