In this study, we focus on the MUC1 gene involved in mucus which has the ability of infection resistance. The aim of this study is to clarify the relationship between MUC1 and the ability of defending against infection. MUC1 gene was transfected to mammalian cells, and we examined the ability to defend against bacterial infection in the cells with MUC1 expression.

本研究主要针对粘液中具有抗感染能力的MUC1基因进行研究。本研究旨在阐明MUC1与机体抗感染能力的关系。将MUC1基因转染到哺乳动物细胞中，我们检测了表达MUC1的细胞抵抗细菌感染的能力。
