Development of Rehabilitation Programs toward residual urinevolume and urinary incontinence for elderly in facilities

本研究旨在针对残余尿量、尿失禁及夜间睡眠发展尿复健方案，并探讨其效果;在方案发展上，探讨设施内老年人残余尿量与尿失禁的相关性。此外，根据尿康复计划，为家庭老人、护士和护理人员制作了小册子。调查结果，尿失禁的老人ADL评分低，QOL评分低，残余尿量多，使用尿布的人有中途醒来的倾向。虽然存在个体差异，尿失禁等的减少在4周后出现变化，目前正在研究康复计划的效果。

This study was aimed at developing urinary rehabilitation programs toward residual urine volume、incontinence of urine and the night sleep、examined the effect.On program development 、investigated correlates residual urine volume and urinary incontinence elderly in facilities. In addition based on a urinary rehabilitation program 、 the pamphlet was made for a home elderly people、nurses、and a care giver.Result of investigation、an elderly with the incontinence of urine had a low ADL scores、and QOL scores being so low that there being many amounts of residual urine and a tendency with much halfway awakening to those who are using the diaper.Although there is individual difference、change of reduction in urinary incontinence、etc. appears after four weeks、and the effect of a rehabilitation program is researching now.
