Construction of a cooperative program for outpatient nursing activities and brain dock in stroke preventive medicine.

本研究旨在探讨支持无症状脑血管病患者生活质量的综合护理活动。方法1着重于未破裂脑动脉瘤（uAM）患者的经验，在自然过程中进行选择性观察。结果，患者描述了“忘记动脉瘤”、“不会改变我的生活”和“不是疾病”的概念，并根据患者的背景揭示了独特的体验。方法2对91名参与脑卒中护理的护士进行问卷调查。认识到良好的趋势，发现uAM，护士有很大的兴趣在后续的病人在“心理支持”和“改善他们的生活方式”。找出病患与护理人员认知因子的差距。未来应研究维持病患与医疗照护关系的系统，以及个别化的护理计画。

The purpose of this research was to explore comprehensive nursing activities supporting quality of life (QOL) in patients with asymptomatic cerebrovascular disease. Method 1 focused on the experience of patients with unruptured cerebral aneurysm (uAM) being selected observations at natural processes. As a result, patients described concepts of "forget the aneurysm," "does not change my life," and "not a disease", and a unique experience was revealed according to the background of the patient. Method 2 was a questionnaire survey of 91 nurses involved in stroke care. Recognizing good trends in the discovery of uAM, nurses were found to have great interest in the follow-up of patients in terms of "psychological support" and "improvement of their life style". Consequently, we identified gap of the factors recognized by patients and nurses. Studying a system that maintains the relationship between patient and health care and individualized nursing programs has been suggested in the future.
