A Study on the Career Process : Analysis of Personnel Data in theCorporation and Employees' Data

本研究的目的是透过生命周期来分析职业生涯过程，并发展企业人事资料与员工资料的整合。首先，在从学校到工作的过渡问题上，我们考察了大学生职业选择过程的现状。其次，我们调查了日本企业的员工，目的是为了检查职业成功量表的结构。第三，在大公司案例中，运用职业成功量表对人员微观数据和员工数据进行匹配分析。

The purpose of this research project was to analyze the career process through life span and to develop the integration of personnel data in the corporation and employees’ data . First, in the matter of the transition from school to work, we examined the current state of the occupational choice process of university students. Secondly, we surveyed employees of Japanese corporations with an aim toward examining the structure of career success scales. Thirdly, we analyzed the matching data of personnel micro data and employees’ data using career success scales in the large company case.
