e found that xylene induces a allergy-inducing cytokine thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP)production. In this study, we prepared xylene-bound affinity gels and identified a candidate which selectively binds to xylene. In addition, in an epithelial cell line, we found that ERK plays an important role in induction of TSLP.
