Multitouch interface and interaction with rich types of input

我们开发了触摸屏，可以检测丰富的输入类型。此外，我们还研究了使用现有触摸屏进行交互的各种特性，并开发了在此类触摸屏上进行交互的各种技术。具体地说，我们完成了：软触摸屏的开发，移动设备与智能手机等触摸屏交互特性的研究，以及桌面多点触摸屏交互技术的开发。

We developed touch panels which can detect rich types of input. Moreover, we studied various characteristics of interaction using existing touch panels and developed various interaction techniques on such touch panels. Concretely , we performed: development of soft touch panels, studies about characteristics of interaction on mobile devices with touch panels such as smart phones, and development of interaction techniques for tabletop multitouch panels.
