This study examines post-transplantation psychological status and experiences among pediatric renal transplant recipients and their families, to determine factors influencing a favorable prognosis and to provide appropriate aid.On average, depression and anxiety scores were not elevated in respondents, but there were individual differences in adaptive states. Senior high school students and older patients had lower QOL in physical function and health. Late adolescent males had especially low QOL and high anxiety. Family members had high QOL, regardless of whether they were donors.Most respondents were satisfied with the transplant and experienced both physical recovery and reduced restrictions and burdens of daily life. Though respondents experienced diverse difficulties, they also used various coping strategies. Because post-transplant difficulty was both specific to an individual's age and common to age groups, more information on developmentally appropriate support is needed.

本研究旨在探讨儿童肾移植受者及其家属的移植后心理状态和经历，以确定影响良好预后的因素并提供适当的援助。平均而言，受访者的抑郁和焦虑评分没有升高，但适应状态存在个体差异。高中生和年龄较大的患者在身体功能和健康方面的生活质量较低。青春期晚期男性的生活质量特别低，焦虑程度特别高。家属的生活质量都很高，无论他们是否是捐赠者。大多数受访者对移植感到满意，并经历了身体恢复和减少日常生活的限制和负担。虽然受访者经历了各种各样的困难，他们也使用了各种应对策略。由于移植后困难是特定于个人的年龄和年龄组的共同，需要更多的信息，发展适当的支持。
