Many approaches were introduced for the methods of KAIZEN on workplace for care service workers. Almost the methods were intended to improve convenience and comfortable condition for elderly service users, and not so sufficient for care service workers' workload reduction. Furthermore less improvement practices were shared on each workplace inter care service enterprises.On this study, it was aimed to construct "Consultation Network System" to support improvement of work environment for care service workers. The system had enable function as follows; reporting and storing their practice examples into the database, referring and sharing to other workers in same industry, and receiving advice from professionals of KAIZEN for workplace or R&D technicians on care work support device for the workers.The constructed system had three main units as follows; the database of good practice; virtual consultation room for KAIZEN; self-checkable checklist of work environment by action-oriented.

针对护理服务人员工作场所的 KAIZEN 方法，介绍了许多方法。这些方法大多是为了改善老年服务使用者的便利和舒适条件，而对于减少护理服务人员的工作量来说还不够。此外，各工作场所互介服务企业的改进实践也较少。本研究旨在构建“咨询网络系统”，以支持改善介护服务人员的工作环境。系统具有如下使能功能；将他们的实践案例报告并存储到数据库中，向同行业的其他工人参考和分享，并接受KAIZEN工作场所专业人员或研发技术人员对工人护理工作支持装置的建议。构建的系统有以下三个主要单元：良好做法数据库； KAIZEN 虚拟咨询室；以行动为导向的可自我检查的工作环境清单。
