Analysis of temperature environment and plant response

本研究分析了温度效应与植物代谢途径和胁迫反应的关系。用几种植物物种进行代谢物和基因组分析。多种分析方法用于评估氨基酸、有机酸、核苷酸和相关化合物的变化。进一步研究了全球变暖和可能影响植物代谢物水平的相关因素，如二氧化碳、酸性土壤和金属离子。

This study was conducted on the analysis of temperature effects in relation to the plant metabolic pathway and stress response. With several plant species metabolites and genome analysis was performed. Multiple analytical methods were used to evaluate variations of amino acids, organic acids, nucleotides and related compounds. Further global warming and related factors such as carbon dioxide, acidic soil and metal ions which may affect metabolite levels in plants were pursued.
