A research of adjustment capabilities and negotiation capabilities that encourage a positive behavior of woman sports

本研究的目的是识别潜在的运动参与者，那些谁是目前不活跃的，根据他们的休闲取向。采用问卷调查的方法，对1128名20 ~ 70岁的被试进行探索性因素分析，确定了5个能解释最多变量的因素：1）长期视角/个人成长，2）社交性，3）活力，4）利他主义，5）领导能力。根据参与者的人口统计学因素，进一步比较每个因素的显著性。结果表明，女性、20多岁的年轻人和兼职人员的活力显著低于其他群体。同时，女性和20多岁的人更倾向于社会刺激。因此，为了鼓励人口统计组的体育活动，推荐与社会元素相关联的运动将是有效的。

The purpose of the present study is to identify the potential sport participants, those who are currently inactive, based on their leisure orientations. 1128 participants from 20 to 70 years were recruited by the mail survey method.After conducting exploratory factor analysis, five factors were determined to account for the most variance explained: 1) long term perspective/ personal growth, 2) Sociableness, 3) Vigorousness, 4) Altruism, and 5) Leadership. The significance of each factor was further compared based on participants' demographic factors. The result showed that Vigorousness is significantly lower in the group of people who are females, in their twenties and part-time workers than other groups. Meanwhile, female and people in their twenties found to be more social stimulation oriented. Therefore, in order to encourage physical activities for the demographic group, recommending the sports which is associated with social elements will be effective.
