Development of the dyeing technique with the fiber processing in the differentiation era

本研究的目的是开发一种新的喷墨印花染色工艺。从基础研究到技术开发，对一些问题进行了研究。阐明了干热固色技术的染色机理。在使用天然染料时，发现干热固色工艺缩短了加工时间，并可染出较深的颜色。媒染技术在喷墨印花中也是有效的。

The purpose of this study is development of the new dyeing process using ink-jet printing technique. Some topics from the fundamental researches to the technology development were studied. The dyeing mechanism of dry-heat fixation technique was clarified. In using natural dye, it is found that dry-heat fixation technique make the shortening of the processing time and the dyeing of deeper color. And the mordanting technique was also effective in ink-jet printing.
