Analysis of the Motions of Dressing/Undressing in Trousers by Physically Handicapped Children and Adults, and Development of Adapted Clothes which Aid Self-dressing

本研究主要有三个目的：1、研究目的：评估正常人穿裤子时的体力负荷。2. 分析残疾人士穿/脱裤子的动作，掌握不同疾病的动作特点。3. 根据患者运动障碍情况对裤子进行调整，并评价调整方法的效果。因此，有人认为穿裤子的动作会影响自主神经的活动。进一步，我们分析了三个受试者的穿衣和脱衣服；一个脑瘫病人，一个脊柱裂病人和一个脊髓损伤病人。在脑瘫患者的情况下，裤子是根据受试者的运动障碍的运动调整。

The present study has three purposes: 1. To assess physical loads during dressing in trousers by normal subjects. 2. To analyze the motions of dressing/undressing in trousers by persons with physical disabilities, and to grasp the characteristics of the motions by disease. 3. To adapt trousers according to the patient's motor impairment, and to evaluate the effects of the adaptation method. As a result, it was suggested that the motions of putting on trousers influences autonomic nervous activity. Furthermore, we analyzed the dressing and undressing of three subjects; a cerebral palsy patient, a spina bifida patient and a spinal cord injury patient. In the case of the cerebral palsy patient, trousers were adapted according to the motion of the subject's motor impairment.
