The title of this research is "the development of the concepts of individualization, privatization and psychologization---toward to the reconstruction of the concept of society". We attached importance to the necessity of considering those concepts comprehensively in particular to understand contemporary not only Japanese society but also western countries. We had enough results in the comprehensive understanding of concepts of individualization, privatization and psychologization and analyzing contemporary society through it. And this research also had rich results in international studies with research groups of prof. A. Elliott:the director of the Hawke Research Institute at the University of South Australia through publishing a book and paper. Main results can be found in analyzing Japanese contemporary society applying his concept of the new individualism and they were published. And also we had opened our results of mutual studies by holding international conference.

本研究的题目是“个体化、私有化和心理化概念的发展——走向社会概念的重构”。我们重视综合考虑这些概念的必要性，特别是为了理解当代的日本社会和西方国家。我们对个体化、私有化、心理化等概念的全面理解，并通过它来分析当代社会，已经有了足够的成果。该研究在国际研究中也取得了丰富的成果。 A. Elliott：通过出版书籍和论文担任南澳大利亚大学霍克研究所所长。他运用新个人主义理念分析日本当代社会，取得了主要成果并发表。我们还通过举办国际会议公开了我们相互研究的成果。
