To develop high-functionalized argentivorous molecules, three kind of molecules were prepared as follows; 1) an argentivorous molecule which can bind cations and anions simultaniously, 2) a water-soluble argentivorous molecule, 3) an argentivorous molecule which show photo luminescence property in the solid state, and 4) cyclen-based cryptands which can retention methanol selectively.
