Nurturing Intercultural Minds through International Teaching Practice

在本研究项目中，在越南，韩国和中国进行了国际教学实践，目的是促进参加高知大学教师培训课程的学生，特别关注英语和环境研究的跨文化洞察力的发展。此外，在高知大学举行了一次关于文化间交流的研讨会。总之，这些都有助于帮助未来的教师发展国际交流能力的目标，并在日本和所提到的国家的教师培训计划的发展作出贡献。我们相信，参与的学生从这个项目中受益匪浅，他们了解了了解不同文化之间的相似性和差异的重要性，从而为他们将来成为具有适当跨文化意识的教师做好了准备。

In this research project, international teaching practice was conducted in Vietnam, Korea and China with the aim of facilitating, for students participating in Kochi University's teacher training courses, the development of intercultural perceptiveness with special attention to English language and environmental studies. In addition, a symposium on intercultural communication took place at Kochi University. Taken together these have contributed to the aim of helping future teachers to develop competence in international communication and constituting contributions to the development of teacher training programs in Japan and the countries referred to. It is believed that the participating students have greatly benefited from this project by learning the importance of understanding the similarities and differences between cultures, thus preparing them to be suitably interculturally-minded teachers in the future.
