Developing nurses' assistance skills by applying parent training methods

家长培训（PT）帮助家长或监护人学习适当的措施来控制发育障碍儿童的行为。为了应用PT方法培养护士的辅助技能，我们对护士进行了行为调查、言语和行动的使用情况调查以及心理健康研究。行为调查提取了385种行为，通过护士干预改善和恶化的行为比例分别为52%和48%。通过对使用言语和动作增加适应行为的调查，提取了398个言语和动作；护士通常使用积极的评价、赞赏、尊重和认可。心理健康调查显示，25%的护士心理健康状况良好。

Parent training (PT) helps parents or guardians to learn appropriate measures to control the behaviors of children with developmental disorders. In order to apply PT methods to develop nurses' assistance skills, we performed a behavior survey, a survey of the use of words and actions to increase adaptive behaviors, and a study of mental health in nurses.The behavior survey extracted 385 behaviors, and the proportion of the behaviors which improved and became worse by the intervention of nurses was 52% and 48%, respectively. The survey of the use of words and actions to increase adaptive behaviors extracted 398 words and actions; the nurses often used positive evaluations, appreciation, respect, and approval. The study of mental health revealed that 25% of the nurses had good mental health.
