Development of the role for The Personal-information Management and action to Support Home Care Services Delivery

本研究的目的是“发展个人信息管理的角色和行动，以支持家庭护理服务的提供”。通过对某一措施组成部分的检验和全国调查，验证了该措施的信度和效度。因此，设置了21项“管理项”和18项“行动项”。调查问卷被邮寄给日本各地的护士和社工，他们在拥有200多张床位的医院负责出院计划。共回收问卷1358份（回复率25.9%），回收有效问卷1106份（有效回复率81.4%）。对当前数据进行了详细的分析。

The objectives of this study were to " Development of the role for The Personal-information Management and action to Support Home Care Services Delivery ". The reliability and the validity of the measure by examination and the nationwide survey of the component of a measure were verified. As a result, 21 items of "Management item" and 18 items of "Action item" were set up. Questionnaires were mailed to nurses and social workers across Japan who were in charge of discharge planning in hospitals with more than 200 beds. Of 1,358 questionnaires returned (response rate: 25.9%), 1,106 questionnaires were obtained with valid responses (valid response rate: 81.4%). The current data is analyzed in detail.
