本研究は, 集団内, 間の地位格差が存在する状況での外集団卑下の生起メカニズムを検討することを目的としている。前年度に実施した2つの研究において, 所属する集団の地位や集団内での個人の地位により, 社会的支配志向性が異なることが明らかとなった。これは, 個人が, 自身の置かれた地位環境に応じて社会の階層に関するイデオロギー(正当化イデオロギー)を能動的に選択し, 採用している可能性を示している。研究3では, この正当化イデオロギーに触れることによって, 外集団卑下が正当化され, 攻撃行動が生起すると予測し, 実験室実験を行った。実験では, 大学生60名を対象とした。先行研究で外集団卑下を示すことが明らかとなっている, 高地位集団低地位者と低地位集団高地位者に参加者をランダムに割り当て, 地位の操作を行った。さらに, 課題中, 正当化イデオロギーを呈示する正当化イデオロギー有り条件と, 階層に関係のない文章を呈示する正当化イデオロギー無し(統制)条件を設け, 外集団に対する攻撃行動に違いがみられるかを検討した。攻撃行動は, 参加者とは別の内集団, 外集団メンバーの課題中に流れる妨害音の音量を決めることによって測定した。分析の結果, 高地位集団低地位者において, 正当化イデオロギーを呈示した条件のほうが統制条件よりも外集団の妨害音が大きいことが分かった。ただし, 低地位集団高地位者では, イデオロギーの有無による効果は見られなかった。これは, 集団の地位が低地位であるという不利な状況そのものが正当化の材料となったためであると考えられる。これらの結果は, 外集団に対する攻撃行動の生起に関して, 動機が生じる過程だけでなく, その動機を自己の中で正当化する過程も重要であることを示唆しており, 集団間関係における社会的地位の影響を解明するうえで理論的, 実践的意義のある結果である。

This study aims to investigate the existence of a status gap between groups and the emergence of a status gap between groups. In the past year, the research on the status of the group, the status of the individual within the group, and the dominant ambition of the society have been carried out. However, individuals can actively choose and adopt information technology (legitimate information technology) related to their own status and environment and social strata, and show the possibility of adopting it. In Study 3, we predicted that the attack would take place in the future, and the attack would be carried out in the future. 60 college students were selected. In the first study, the low status group and the low status group were selected. In this paper, the problem is that the justification of the problem is presented by the justification of the problem, the hierarchical relationship is presented by the justification of the problem, the control condition is set, and the attack action of the external group is discussed. The attack was carried out by determining the volume of nuisance sounds flowing from participants and other internal and external team participants in the project. The results of the analysis show that the high status group and the low status group are in the middle of the process, and the proper conditions for the development of the system are the control conditions for the external group. The low status group has a high status, and the low status group has a high status. The status of the group is low. The adverse situation is not justified. The result is that the process of motivation generation is important to explain the social status of the relationship between groups.
