英文摘要
We identified and characterized CD280 positive pancreatic cancer cells with high malignant potential. Moreover, we clarified that collagen-internalization receptor CD280 was important molecule for invasion of pancreatic cancer cells. We found that the invasion of pancreatic cancer cells was reduced by inhibition of CD280 expression.
