This study explores work values of Chinese workers working at Japanese manufacturing companies in China. In order to do so, we carried out a questionnaire survey. We collected 228 samples from Shanghai and 306 from Dalian. As for the survey in Shanghai, we got warm support from four Japanese manufacturing companies and collected data between individual companies. On the other hand, however, as for the survey in Dalian, Fang Ming Hao, an assistant professor of Dalian University of Technology, supported to collect samples because we could not support any Japanese companies. So, we collected samples individually in the survey of Dalian. We collected 534 samples in total and analyzed the data to uncover work values of Chinese workers working at Japanese manufacturing companies in China.

本研究旨在探讨在华日资制造企业工作的中国员工的工作价值观。为此，我们进行了问卷调查。我们从上海采集了228个样本，从大连采集了306个样本。在上海的调查中，我们得到了四家日本制造企业的热情支持，并收集了各个企业之间的数据。但另一方面，对于大连的调查，大连理工大学助理教授方明浩支持收集样本，因为我们无法支持任何日本公司。因此，我们在大连市的调查中单独采集了样本。我们共收集了534个样本，并对数据进行了分析，以揭示在中国的日本制造企业工作的中国工人的工作价值观。
