Exposure is one of the effective cognitive and behavior therapy techniques to reduce fear or anxiety. In this study, we analyzed visual attention under the exposure condition using non-contact eye-tracking system. The results suggested that there were different patterns between visual attention to word stimuli and that of picture stimuli under exposure conditions. And the result of eye tracking was not necessarily correlated with subjective evaluations. Based on these results, we discussed about possible application of visual attention in the field of clinical psychology.

暴露是一种有效的认知和行为治疗技术，以减少恐惧或焦虑。本研究采用非接触式眼动追踪系统，对暴露条件下的视觉注意进行了分析。结果表明，在暴露条件下，对文字刺激的视觉注意与对图片刺激的视觉注意呈现不同的模式。眼动追踪的结果与主观评价没有必然的相关性。在此基础上，我们讨论了视觉注意在临床心理学领域的可能应用。
