A Study on the Development of the Effective Teaching-Learning Process for Training Injunctions

目的：1)本研究确定了学生的禁令实际状态，并考察了这些禁令与不良适应行为之间的关系。2)本研究旨在探讨禁制令训练的教与学过程。对学生进行以沟通和自我意识技能为重点的禁令训练。结论：1)在本研究的学生中，无论是男性还是女性，无论是男性还是女性，他们都持有大量的禁令，以及持有不要制造和不信任禁令的学生，他们的生活态度是自我否定和对他人的肯定，他们的不良适应行为的相对频率较高。2)本研究得出的结论是，除了生活技能发展的五个基本过程外，在生活技能培训的教与学过程中加入如何发展沟通和自我意识技能的入门课程以及自我效能的形成是有效的。

Objective; 1)This study ascertained the actual state of injunctions among students and examined the relationships between these and maladjusted behavior. 2)This study was to investigate teaching-learning processes for training in injunctions. A injunction training program with a focus on communication and self awareness skills were conducted at students.Conclusion; 1)Among the students who were subjects of this study, for both males and females those holding numerous injunctions, and those holding the Don't make it and Don't trust injunctions, had life attitudes of self-denial and affirmation of others, and they had higher relative frequencies of maladjusted behavior. 2)It can be concluded from this study that, in addition to the five basic processes of life skill development, it is effective to incorporate a how to develop communication and self awareness skills introductory program as well as self-efficacy formation into the teaching-learning process for life skills training.
