项目摘要

本研究の目的は、児童の生活性・心理性と教科の系統性・技術性のバランスを取った作文教育のあり方を考究することにある。日本における生活綴方運動を照らし合わせつつ、中国における新文化運動・白話運動などの作文教育改革運動における国語教育改革実践家の葉聖陶らについて研究する。この研究により、生活・経験を重視するような作文教育を体系化・科学化する過程において、どのような実践上の意義と課題をもたらしたのかを明らかにするとともに、教育方法論的な示唆を得る。本年度は、生活作文ないし国語教育改革の現状と課題について、全国大学国語教育学会、日本カリキュラム学会、日本教育方法学会などの全国大会に参加し、資料の収集と分析を行った。他方、近代中国における学校づくりと国語カリキュラム編成に関しては、近代日本からの影響を示す文献を華東師範大学図書館などの国内外の研究機関から取り寄せ、考察を行った。成果として、「近代中国における国語教育改革に関する研究――白話文教育方法論史の視点から――」と題した研究論文を執筆し、京都大学大学院の行う博士論文の審査に合格した。また、査読付き論文として学会誌に掲載され、教育関連の著書を通して日本国内外への発信を行った。
