项目摘要

最終年度である平成28年度における研究内容は以下の通りである。（１）フィリピン・ボホール島における農薬使用の空間的相互依存関係に関する論文を執筆した。その論文はワーキングペーパーとして公開するとともに、国際・国内学会で発表し、得られたコメントに基づいて改訂した。現在は国際学術雑誌の査読コメントに基づいて論文を修正して、再投稿の査読中である。（２）澤田康幸教授（東京大学）と共同でスリランカ農村における私的所得移転のメカニズムに関する論文を執筆し、ワーキングペーパーとして公開した。さらに、その成果を国際学会で発表し、得られたコメントに基づき論文を改訂した。現在は国際学術雑誌の査読中である。（３）中野優子准教授（筑波大学）、津坂卓志氏（ICRISAT）、Valerien O. Pede氏（IRRI）と共同で執筆した、タンザニアの灌漑地区における稲作技術研修の技術普及と生産性への影響に関する論文の改訂を行なった。現在は国際学術雑誌の査読コメントに基づいて論文を修正して、再投稿の査読中である。（４）博士論文の一部として実施した、スリランカ南部農村地域における灌漑用水配分の実験経済学的研究について、新たに論文の大幅な改訂を行い、その成果を国内のセミナーで発表した。現在は国際学術雑誌の査読コメントに基づき論文を修正して、再投稿の査読中である。なお、本年度実施を予定していた経済実験については、受け入れ側の事情及び、実施済みの実験データを利用した研究をさらに進めることができたことと、当初の研究計画をより大きな研究テーマの下で発展的に実施できることになったために、今年度は実施しなかった。しかし、発展途上国における農業の持続可能性について最新の実験経済学及び計量経済学的手法を用いて分析を行うという本研究課題の当初の目標は、以上の各研究を以って十分に達成されたと考えられる。
