项目摘要

平成28年度は、社会ネットワーク形成に関する研究を中心的に行った。日常生活における、新しい出会いの機会のほとんどは、仕事や趣味の場で与えられる。一方、地域の共同行事（共同的実践）へ参加すると、それがなければ出会わなかっただろう人たちと親密になることがある。この様に、日常生活と非日常的イベントでは人々の交流の仕方が異なりうる。そのため、日常生活と非日常的イベントではリンク形成ルールが異なることを考慮したネットワーク形成モデルを定式化した。まず、非日常的イベントとして「災害時の助け合い」を考え、定性的な分析結果を国際雑誌に発表した。次いで、非日常的イベントとして地域の祭りなどの「共同行事」（共同的実践）を考え、行事が土木インフラなどの地域資産（アーティファクト）を舞台になされる点に着目した。実践共同体を構成する人とアーティファクトの共同の関係構造をネットワークとして表し、「共同的実践を通じた交流」と「日常生活の交流」を別々の階層で表す階層型ネットワーク形成モデルを定式化した。神戸市長田区の商店街の「縁日」（共同的実践）と「商店街アーケード」（アーティファクト）を取り上げ、郵送調査によりデータを収集した。このデータを基にモデルのキャリブレーションを行い、共同的実践の階層の交流が日常生活の階層のネットワークを拡大する効果を計量することを通じ、アーティファクトの空間的特性や共同的実践自体の機能を「定量的」に評価した。この成果を国内外の学会で発表した。また「神戸市長田区研究活動報告書」を執筆し、商店街関係者に送付し、京都大学リポジトリにおいても公開した。最終的に、2ヶ年の研究成果を博士論文にまとめ、地域の人間関係や住民のアイデンティティの形成過程を考慮した地域資産の価値評価手法の基礎モデルを開発できたと考える。また、この一連の成果を土木計画学研究発表会（招待講演）で発表した。

The basic methods for evaluating regional assets have been developed. The results of the civil engineering research conference (reception speech) were presented.
