本研究は研究者の事情により，2022年8月に当該科研費を辞退している．本研究テーマ『健康的な食品消費を促すヘルスケアポリシーに関する実証分析』の遂行にあたって，「研究I:健康に良い食品を普及させるための非金銭的インセンティブを伴う政策の効果検証」および「研究II:金銭的インセンティブを伴う酒税変更によるアルコール消費の変化及び健康行動のフレーミング」を具体的な研究内容と設定した．本年度の研究計画は，特定保健用食品ラベリングによる非金銭的動機付けに基づく政策の効果検証においては，情報の非対称性を考慮したモデリング・推定・シミュレーション・厚生分析などである．また，二つ目の酒税変更後のアルコール消費及び運動とのバランシングの研究については，データ入手・クリーニング・効果の誘導系における検証であった．一つ目の研究においては，現状の研究成果はモデリングにメドをつけた段階である．具体的には，ラベリングへの反応度別に消費者の意思決定をモデル化し，その反応度を陽に記述したモデルを考えている．また，消費者の栄養素に対する認知を組み込んだモデルになっている．認知予測には部分的に機械学習的なアプローチを採用している．構造推定モデルが複雑なため，実装を進めているところである．二つ目の研究計画は，具体的にはID-POSデータとGPSデータの入手及び結合を指す．ID-POSデータは現時点では入手できておらず，GPSデータはクリーニング作業に止まっているなど，途中までしか進まなかった．二つ目の研究も引き続き取り組んでいきたい．
