项目摘要

本研究は以下のような計画に基づいている。第一に、日本ではこれまでほとんど知られていなかったアフリカの現代哲学を、日本の哲学思想界に導入することである。第二に、アフリカ哲学の導入により、現在の日本の哲学思想界の枠組を変えられることである。第三に、アフリカ哲学について日本からの比較研究を行い、アフリカ哲学研究に新しい視座を与え、研究に世界的な広がりを与えることである。研究方法としては、文献研究、国内外研究機関での情報収集、海外研究者招聘による学術交流といった哲学思想系の研究方法を基本とする。このために、2022年度は、環境哲学とSDGsに関わる倫理的諸問題をテーマにして、大きく以下の三つの研究と調査を行なった。第一に、5月の日本哲学会インターナショナルセッションでシンポジウムを企画し、T. S. Boni博士 (University of Abidjan) とM. Perina 博士(University of Massachusetts)を招聘し、オンラインで「アフリカーナ哲学への招待」というシンポジウムを実施した。第二に、9月に、すでに交流のあったF.Aryee氏をガーナから日本に招聘し、首都圏と東北の各地で環境倫理学に関する講演会と授業を行ってもらうと同時に、その訪問地で、とくに海洋汚染に関する訪問調査を行なった。第三に、12月末から1月初頭に、ケニアのナイロビとその周辺を訪問し、ケニヤッタ大学、マウント・ケニヤ大学を訪問し、環境問題やSDGsに関する調査・研究・交流計画に関する会議を行なったのと同時に、ナイロビ市のスラムでのSDGsに関わる調査、近郊のマサイ人集落を訪問し、環境問題に関する聞き取りを行なった。

This research is based on the following project plan.
