テレワークが、職場の人間関係のあり方に、更には、人々の生き方や価値観に及ぼす影響に関して、新型コロナ拡散開始後にテレワークを経験した人々を対象とした追加オンラインサーベイ調査を実施した。本追加調査では、2022年度実施した内容に加え、職場での縦（上司と部下）、横（同僚間）、斜め（他部署の同僚や上司）の人間関係の親密度、コミュニケーション、監督業務の変化に関する詳細な認知も新たな調査内容として加えた。追加調査で得た収集データの統計的分析を行い、2021年度のデータと同様の形で仕事内容を類型化（2×2類型：単純作業×創造的作業と個人作業×集団作業）し、オンライン環境における各類型仕事の生産性変化を計量経済分析・特徴付けした。予備的統計分析ではあるものの昨年度のデータ分析の結果と一貫性のある結果を得る事が出来た。又、その結果の統計的頑健性も確認している。特に、年功序列制度の下で働いている従業員の方が、成果主義制度の下で働いている従業員に比して、オンライン環境での生産性低下を認知している事、そして、単純個人・集団作業に比して創造的集団作業を遂行する際にオンライン環境での生産性低下を強く認知している事が2021年度の結果と同様の形で明らかになった。上記追加調査で得た新たなデータを更に活用し、オンライン環境における縦、横、斜めの人間関係の変化についての統計分析を進めた。しかし、この分析における結果の導出には、更なる統計分析とデータ整理を行う必要があり、追加で二ヶ月程の時間を要する。
