表現の訴求力は観客の情報処理に依存しているため，研究者が直接観察することはできず，その強さの比較や影響源となる要素の特定は，未解決の課題として残されている．2022年度は，表現の訴求力を観客から得られた指標から再構成するための方法論を確立するために，理論研究を行った．具体的には，瞬目や心拍を念頭に置き，出力である点過程時系列データの情報だけから複数の力学系に共通して与えられる外力（共通入力）を再構成する手法を提案した．ダイナミクスがよく知られている力学系として，Izhikevichニューロンモデルを用いて，提案手法を検討したところ，高い精度で未知の共通入力を再構成できることが明らかになった．こうした検討の中で，現実の鑑賞環境においては，共通入力としてのパフォーマンスの影響に加えて，観客間相互作用が大きな要素であることが明らかになった．そこで，劇場の客席などで周囲の観客から受ける影響を検討するために，観客集団が有する影響力の統計的な検討および予備的な心理実験を複数行なった．具体的には，(1) 集団が選手や審判にパフォーマンスに影響すると仮定されるホームアドバンテージ(2)，VR寄席における観客の密度および笑い声の有無が面白さに与える影響，(3)オンラインおよび対面状況における観客サイズ効果等を検討した．共通入力を再構成する数理的な手法および観客集団が有する影響力の統計的な検討については，それぞれ英文誌にて発表した．また，予備的な検討については，学会にて発表を行なった．
