本研究の目的は、日系企業に勤務する外国人ビジネスパーソンがビジネス場面で直面する諸課題を解決していくプロセスを解明し、それに基づいて日本語のビジネスコミュニケーションのe-Learning教材を開発することである。そのために本研究では、（１）外国人ビジネスパーソンに対するインタビュー調査を実施し、彼らが異文化間コンフリクトに対応できるようになるプロセスやビジネスパーソンとして成長していくプロセスを分析し、それらの変化の諸様相を捉える、（２）（１）で得られたプロセスの観点を取り入れ、学習者がそのプロセスを具体的、段階的にたどり、学べるような日本語のビジネスコミュニケーションのe-Learning教材を開発する、という２つの課題を設定した。今年度は、（１）の課題に取り組んだ。文献調査を行うとともに、海外の日系企業で勤務する複数の外国人ビジネスパーソンに協力を依頼し、オンラインによるインタビュー調査を開始した。調査協力者は主に、海外の大学を卒業後、日系企業に就職した若手の外国人ビジネスパーソンであり、インタビューでは、彼らが日系企業に入社してから現在に至るまで行ったビジネス場面における様々な人とのやりとりについて中心に質問した。それにより、近年、海外の日系企業に見られる具体的な課題について情報を収集するとともに、それらの諸課題に対する彼らの捉え方や対応に着目してデータの分析を行った。今回の調査の研究成果は、今後の継続的なインタビュー調査の実施に向けた基礎資料にもなると考えられる。

The purpose of this study is to solve the problems of foreign business environment in Japanese enterprises, and to develop e-Learning materials for Japanese business environment. This study consists of: (1) the implementation of a survey on the development of a foreign language in the context of intercultural communication;(2) the identification of various aspects of development in the context of intercultural communication; and (1) the acquisition of specific information on the development of a foreign language in the context of intercultural communication The e-Learning materials for the Japanese language development program are developed, and the topics are set.
