本研究は以下の段階を踏まえて実施中；(1)結核を含む感染症に関する在住ベトナム人の知識・態度・行動と医療ニーズに関する調査。(2)ベトナム人の医療相談・早期受診に役立つ支援リソースに導くアルゴリズムと、ヘルスプロモーションツールの開発。(3)デジタル技術を活用し、べトナム人を対象とした結核のRCを実施し、結核に対する意識や保健行動の観点からRCを評価。今年度は、結核のRCやヘルスプロモーションを発展させるための手法の検討を目指した研究の事前調査として、ベトナム人の健康課題やニーズに関する調査を行った。ベトナムコミュニティと連携したTB Action Networkとして、在住ベトナム人の健康に関する課題・行動・ニーズに焦点をあてた(1)を実施し、約200名(うち165名調査参加、35名健康相談会参加)からデータを集めた。さらに、こうした背景の理解を深めるために質的分析も加えて検討した。本調査結果は国内学会で発表し、国際誌に投稿した（査読中）。調査参加者の21.8％が過去１年以内に体重減少を、6.7%が２週間以上続く呼吸器症状を報告した。参加者の大多数が、日本で必要な時に健康について相談できる人がいないと回答し、支援窓口の知識の欠如も確認された。結核の症状に該当した調整オッズ比は、日本で必要な時に健康相談をする窓口として“SNS経由でベトナムに在住する家族”と回答する人では、その様に相談しない人と比べて高かった。健康で困っていると回答したオッズ比は、喫煙者では、非喫煙者と比べて高かった。分析結果から、ベトナム出生者の健康ニーズや保健行動、SNS利用の行動特性を考慮して(2)の初期アルゴリズム開発を進め、ヘルスプロモーション項目も抽出した。次年度初頭に、ベトナム人の結核に関する知識・態度・行動を加えた調査を継続して行う。(3)のRCについては、対応した個別事例の評価を開始した。

This study was conducted at the following stages: (1) Survey of knowledge, attitude, action and medical care related to tuberculosis including infectious diseases. (2)The development of medical consultation and support systems for early diagnosis (3)The use of technology in tuberculosis prevention and treatment, the implementation of tuberculosis prevention and treatment, and the evaluation of health care initiatives This year, the study of the methods for the development of tuberculosis and its related health issues was conducted. TB Action Network (1) was implemented with about 200 participants (165 participants in surveys and 35 participants in health talks). The analysis of the background and the analysis of the quality of the background are discussed. The results of this survey were reported to the National Society and submitted to the International Journal (under investigation). 21.8% of survey participants reported weight loss within the past year, and 6.7% reported respiratory symptoms within 2 weeks or more. The answer is "SNS is from the family" and "people are from the family." Health is better than smoking, non-smoking is better than smoking. The results of the analysis include: (1) health care, SNS utilization, and behavior characteristics of the newborn;(2) initial development of the child; and (3) selection of the child's health care and SNS utilization. At the beginning of the next year, the knowledge, attitude and action related to tuberculosis among the people were increased. (3)The RC has begun to evaluate individual cases.
