HPVワクチンの日本の接種率は、2013年6月の積極的勧奨中止以降、激減し、その後ワクチンの安全性や有効性に関する科学的証拠が数多く示されているにも関わらず接種率は、現在も低水準に留まっている。この原因として、HPVワクチン接種の判断に影響する要因が一般市民と専門家である医療従事者の間で異なっていることにより、リスクコミュニケーションが適切に機能していないためであることが考えられる。本研究では、HPVワクチン接種に関する適切なリスクコミュニケーションに寄与することを目的として、HPVワクチン接種のリスクやベネフィットの認知など、リスク心理学的アンケート調査からHPVワクチン接種に関する意思決定モデルを構築し、日本と接種率の高い海外(イギリスなど)の一般市民と医療従事者の違いについて比較検討を行う。2022年度は、期間全体で行う３つの調査、実験、①HPVワクチン接種の意思決定モデルの構築および一般市民と医療従事者との比較（研究1）、②国際比較による日本の意思決定意思決定モデルの特徴を抽出し（研究2）、③HPVワクチンの接種率が低水準である原因に一般市民と医療従事者の要因の影響力の違いが関与しているのか、実験的手法を用いてモデルの妥当性を積極的に検証（研究3）のうち、研究１にあたる一般市民と医療従事者を対象としたweb調査を実施するため、すでに実施済みのHPVワクチンに関する調査結果の分析を行い、結果を元に調査項目の検討を行った。

Survey and implementation of the whole population during the fiscal year 2022:(1) Comparison of rational decision-making for HPV vaccination and the construction of rational decision-making for the general public and medical practitioners (Study 1);(2) Extraction of characteristics of rational decision-making for rational decision-making in Japan for international comparison (Study 2);(3) Reasons for low HPV vaccination rate and the influence of factors on the general public and medical practitioners (Study 1); The results of the survey were analyzed in the middle of the study and the results were discussed in the middle of the study.
