本研究は、新人看護師の臨床判断能力の向上のためのOn the Job Training（OJT）とOff the Job Training（Off-JT）の連動プログラムを開発することを目的とする。患者への看護行為を決定する臨床判断能力（Tanner，2006）は看護師に必須の能力であり、看護基礎教育でも重要性が認識され始めた。この能力の開発方法は明らかではなく、本研究の目的の達成により、臨床判断能力育成に関する看護基礎教育との連携をスムーズにする提言が可能となる。入職して間もない新人看護師は、OJTにて臨床判断が必要な場面で指導者から意識的な支援を必要とする。また、臨床判断能力はシミュレーション教育の効果も期待でき、Off-JTも効果的に活用する必要がある。しかし、臨床現場における具体的な臨床判断能力向上の支援方法は明らかでない。本プログラムは部署に特化した新人看護師研修に組込めるように作成するため、指導者と新人看護師双方にとって現実的であることが強みであり、指導者の臨床判断を言語化しながらプログラムを実施することで、指導者自身の確認が可能となることによる波及効果により組織の看護ケアの質の向上も期待できる。

The purpose of this study is to develop the clinical judgment ability of novice nurses on the job Training (OJT) and Off the Job Training (Off-JT). Clinical judgment in determining patient care behavior (Tanner, 2006) begins with the recognition of the importance of basic nursing education as a necessary competency for caregivers. The development method of this ability is clear, the goal of this study is achieved, and the development of clinical judgment ability is related to the development of nursing basic education and the possibility of integration. New Caregivers, OJT, Clinical Judgments, Mentors, Awareness, Support Clinical judgment ability is necessary for the application of educational results. The specific clinical judgment ability of the clinical scene is improved and the support method is clear. This article focuses on the development of new caregiver training organization, and the development of new caregiver training organization.
