初年度（2022年度）はLAPI開発に向け、先行研究、参考文献、書籍等を基に医療機関、看護師への調査票の内容検討と日本の看護師の長期海外滞在型研修内容についての構想を練った。国内での調査対象となる医療機関は検討中である。また、LAPI構築後に日本人看護師が実際に海外の病院で研修ができるのかを確認する必要があったため、海外研修地候補となる医療機関の情報収集を行い、視察を行った。視察した医療機関は国際基準を満たし、日本人外来では現地の看護師が日本語を習得し、日本人患者に対応していた。そこには日本人看護師がマネージャーとして外来をまとめ、運営に関わっていた。海外からの医療従事者の研修を受け入れる体制もあり、将来的に日本の看護師の研修地としての環境も整っていることから、LAPI構築後の長期研修の実践が不可能ではないことを確信できた。現在、視察した病院とコンタクトを取りながら、研修内容について検討中である。また、日本においても在日外国人の増加に伴い、異文化看護実践能力は、病院内のみでなく地域でもその必要性が高まっている。地域包括的な観点から、地域医療、福祉、住民コミュニティ関係の施設と専門職として看護教育現場への視察も同時に行った。各施設、日本人看護師の研修に協力可能とのことであったため、研修施設としてLAPIに組み込み、研修内容を検討中である。今年度の活動から、予測通り医師の長期海外留学、研修は多いものの、臨床看護師の長期海外研修等はほとんど行われていないことを実感することができた。しかし、日本からの臨床看護師の研修はないわけではなく1週間程度の短期研修を行っている医療機関もあることがわかり、異文化看護実践能力の習得に向け日本の臨床看護師の海外研修も徐々に増加しつつあることを把握することができた。

For the first year (2022), we will conduct research on LAPI development, advance research, reference literature, books, etc., based on the survey of medical institutions and nurses, and train our ideas on the long-term overseas training of Japanese nurses. The investigation of domestic medical institutions is in progress. After the LAPI construction, Japanese nurses will conduct information collection and inspection of overseas hospitals. International standards for inspection of medical institutions, Japanese foreign nurses, Japanese patients, etc. The Japanese nurse was born in 1989. The training of overseas medical professionals is not accepted by the system, and the training environment of Japanese nurses in the future is not improved. The long-term training after LAPI construction is impossible. Now, visit the hospital, check the content, check the content. In Japan, there is an increase in the number of foreigners, and the ability to care for foreigners in different cultures is highly necessary. Regional health care, welfare, and resident care are the key aspects of the organization's work. Each facility and Japanese nurse's training cooperation may be discussed, the training facility may be organized, and the training content may be discussed. This year's activities include long-term overseas study for doctors, training, long-term overseas training for clinical nurses, etc. Training for Japanese clinical nurses is a one-week-long short-term training program for medical institutions. Training for Japanese clinical nurses abroad is an opportunity to increase training for Japanese clinical nurses.
