项目摘要

１）株価急落期のアクティブ投信のパフォーマンス分析については、「株価急落期の投資信託のパフォーマンス：コロナショックとリーマン・ショックの比較」というタイトルで、2022年5月の日本ファイナンス学会（青山学院大学）において報告を行った。パッシブ運用が拡大している中で、運用を減らしているアクティブ投信を投資家がなぜ保有するのか、その原因を追究している。主な結果として、2つの株価急落期とも、仮説とは異なり、統計的に有意にアクティブ投信に低パフォーマンスが見られた。現在は、投稿するための改訂を進めている。２）TOPIX見直しの影響分析については、「東証市場再編が企業行動に及ぼす影響：東証一部からプライムへ」という論文にまとめた。2023年5月の日本ファイナンス学会で報告する予定である。内容は、2022年4月に行われた東証の市場区分の変更が、パッシブ運用拡大下において、企業行動にどのような影響を与えたかについての実証分析である。主な結果として、プライム市場の経過措置適用企業がプライムのそれ以外の企業と比較して、上場維持基準の数値の改善を図ったか否かを検証し、3つの上場維持基準に関して、両企業グループの間で数値改善に統計的に有意な差が認められたが、規模的には大きな値ではないことが判明した。３）運用会社の議決権行使の分析については、データを収集、整理、分析を進めてきた。また、先行研究のサーベイも行ってきた。現在もその作業を継続しているところである。分析を進めて論文にまとめ、学会報告を行う予定である。４）機関投資家サーベイ調査については、質問票のデザイン、送付先リストの作成など、実施準備を進めている状況である。できるだけ早くサーベイ調査を実施し、回答結果を集計、分析し、論文にまとめる予定である。
