本研究では，第二次大戦期のソ連を対象として，「平時よりも国家による統制色が強まる戦時期に，計画経済体制下のソ連において市場メカニズムはいかに機能したのか」という課題に，コルホーズ市場での取引を主な対象として取り組む。そして，第二次大戦期のソ連でのコルホーズ市場の機能の全体像を示し，第二次世界大戦がソ連経済にもたらした制度面の断絶的側面と連続的側面を剔出しつつ，「計画と市場」の関係の新たな側面を明らかにすることを目的とする。本研究を遂行するのに必要な作業は (A)史料の収集，(B)新規収集史料および収集済み史料の整理と分析，(C)研究内容の学会での発表，(D)研究成果の査読誌への投稿，である。このうち，1年目から2年目にかけて(A)と(B)をおこない，2年目から3年目にかけて(C)と(D)をおこなう予定であった。しかし，ロシアによるウクライナへの侵攻の開始によってロシア現地での史料収集が不可能となったため，代替措置として国内での二次文献の収集に切り替えざるを得なくなった。加えて，国内においてもコロナ禍により出張が制限されたが，コロナ禍による規制が緩やかになった年度末に出張を実施し，北海道大学附属図書館ならびに北海道大学スラブ・ユーラシア研究センター図書室において二次文献の収集をおこなった。現下，これらの二次文献の読解を進めて論文執筆の準備作業をおこなっており，当該論文は2023年度に投稿予定である。また，対ウクライナ戦争を遂行する現下のロシアにおける戦時経済と第二次大戦期ソ連の戦時経済との比較研究という観点から，4回にわたり学会ならびに研究会においてロシアの戦時経済にかんする研究発表をおこなっている。
