本研究の目的は、組織内部の要因やプロセスなどの観点から、オープンイノベーションの遂行を促進または阻害する要因やメカニズムを明確にすることにある。オープンイノベーションの研究領域では、主に戦略、組織間関係、ビジネスモデルなどに焦点が当てられており、組織内部の要因についての説明は限られている。本研究では、この空白を埋めるために、聞き取り調査と質問票調査を通じて、オープンイノベーションを促進または阻害する組織的要因を明らかにすることを目指している。令和4年度では、以下の三つの活動を進めた：（1）当該領域の研究のレビューと理論的な検討、（2）オープンイノベーションを実施している企業を対象にした聞き取り調査の実施、（3）聞き取り調査の結果に基づいた問いと仮説を再構築。（1）では、オープンイノベーションやユーザーイノベーションなどの文献を概観し、オープンイノベーションの実施に影響を与える組織内部の要因やプロセス、CEOの特性などを整理した。これらの要因に基づいて作業仮説を立て、聞き取り調査の項目を作成した。（2）では、オープンイノベーションを継続的に実施している日本の大企業3社を対象に聞き取り調査を行った。聞き取り調査の結果、初期の仮説と異なる現象が確認されたため、（3）問題の再設定と問いの再設定を行った。具体的には、オープンイノベーションの組織的な影響を理解するためには、単発の取り組みではなく、組織への定着やオープンイノベーションの特性と組織的要因の適合性といった要素が重要であることを認識し、問題を再設定した。さらに、これらの活動と並行して、組織に関連する要因とオープンイノベーションとの関係性を定量的に把握するために、質問票調査の準備も進めている。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the key factors that contribute to the organization's performance. The research area of the project is divided into three parts: main strategy, inter-organizational relationship, development focus, internal factors and explanation. This study is aimed at clarifying the main causes of the organization's negative impact by investigating and questioning the results of the survey. In 2004, the following three activities were carried out: (1) theoretical review of research in this field,(2) implementation of research projects in enterprises, and (3) re-construction of research results. (1) Review of the literature, review of the implementation of the project and review of the key factors within the organization, review of the characteristics of the CEO. This is the key to the establishment of basic research projects. (2) To conduct research on the implementation of the project in Japan's three major companies. The results of the investigation, the phenomenon of initial differences, and (3) the re-setting of the problem. The specific factors affecting the organization of the organization are important for understanding and re-establishing the organization of the organization. In addition, the parallel nature of these activities, the quantitative understanding of the relationship between the key factors and the organization, and the preparation of the question vote investigation are also being carried out.
