项目摘要

当初は、インターナルカーボンプライシングに関する文献やモデリングを行う予定であったが、インターナルカーボンプライシングに関連した事例が少なかったので、まずは技術のサービス化についてを先行して検討した。そのために制度、国際化、スタートアップの観点からいくつかの実証研究を行った。まず制度の側面からはアンチダンピングの事例を取り上げ、衰退産業について分析した。衰退産業においてはコストセービングが強調される傾向があるため、インターナルカーボンプライシングに関連した技術のサービス化を捉えるのに最適と考えられた。また国際化については、ボーングローバルと外資系企業の日本法人における親会社と子会社関係を取り上げ技術のサービス化についての理解を深めた。KIBSなどの事業創造に関連した側面的支援がインターナルカーボンプライシングを考慮するうえでどのような効果を及ぼすかといった観点で最適であった。一方、スタートアップについてはアーリーステージに焦点を当て、特にエフェクチュエーションと人事政策について実証研究を行った。また論文や研究発表として成果になっていないが、組織内ネットワークのモデリングにも着手しており、一定の成果を上げている。技術の不連続点を見出すとともに、不連続点の近傍における研究開発の取り組みにおいてインターナルカーボンプライシングを考慮したモデルへと昇華できるのかといった観点について議論を深めることができた。
