本研究の目的は、我々研究班がこれまで進めてきた研究成果に基づき、外国人介護職者における、外国人介護職者における、高次脳機能障害を有する症例に焦点をあてた教育アプローチと幸福感の関連を検証することである。わが国において、外国人介護職者に向けた専門教育と効果に関して明らかにした調査研究は、申請時点（2021年9月）では1件も報告されていない。外国人介護職者の幸福感の向上を基軸に組み立てられた教育研修の構築と評価が本研究の意義である。2022年度の研究活動については、まず、教育研修の検討と構築を趣旨に、文献レビューにより、1.高次脳機能障害に伴う社会的行動障害、高次脳機能障害リハビリテーション、高次脳機能障害に伴う社会的行動障の回復において有効とされるソーシャルスキルトレーニング（Social Skill Training: SST）。2.教育研修により会得が予想される技能に関する評価方法と、自己能力の有用感をもたらす演習方法（具体的には、グループワークを設定し、高次脳機能障害を有する利用者へ向けた普段のケアからのフリーディスカッションを展開する）。この2点における教育研修への有用性・妥当性を筑波大学属病院脳神経外科専門医の助言のもと、筑波大学医学医療系教員（研究分担者）、茨城県高次脳機能障害支援センター職員2人（研究協力者）とともに議論・検討を重ねた。なお、これら教育研修に使用する資料・教材はすべて、筑波大学医学医療系医の倫理委員会の承認（承認番号：第1826号）を得て作成にあたっている。外国人介護職者へ向けた実践的教育研修用に作成された資料は、世界初のものとなる。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between education and well-being, based on the findings of our research, and the symptoms of foreign caregivers, foreign caregivers, and high-level dysfunction. 1 report on the application date (September, 2021) for the investigation and study of foreign nationals in the field of education. The significance of this study is based on the establishment of the basic axis of happiness of foreigners. Research activities for 2022 include: 1. Education and training will be given to the relevant skills evaluation methods, their own ability to feel useful exercise methods (specific, set up, high-level functional impairment of the user to the general section of the development of the system) The usefulness and appropriateness of educational training were discussed by two staff members of the Department of Neurosurgery, University of Tsukuba Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tsukuba (research collaborators), and the Department of Advanced Disability Support, Ibaraki Prefecture (research collaborators) Data and teaching materials used in education and research were approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Tsukuba (Approval No.: 1826). Foreign professionals are preparing data for practical education and research purposes, and the world is beginning to develop.
