本研究では、福祉事業所や病院等において、クライエントの自殺が起きた際にソーシャルワーカーが活用できる対応マニュアルの開発を最終目標とする。2022年度は、その基礎情報を得るため、以下を明らかにすることを目的とした調査を計画した。①ソーシャルワーカー（SWr）の、自殺や自殺予防に関する基本的な知識やスキル、②クライエント（Clt）の自殺死亡を経験した直後のSWrのPTSD関連症状、③PTSD関連症状を予測する因子、④Cltの自殺死亡が起きた際のSWrや組織による対応と課題、⑤Cltの自殺死亡直後に求められる支援者支援やその課題。対象は東京社会福祉士会の全会員約4000名である。調査内容は、①自殺予防ゲートキーパー知識・スキル評価尺度：GKS（小高ほか 2022）、②自殺に対する態度尺度日本語版：ATTS日本語版（Kodaka et al. 2013）、③Cltの自殺に関する経験の有無、④Cltの自殺に関する経験、⑤改訂出来事インパクト尺度日本語版：IES-R（Asukai, et al. 2002）、⑥Cltが自殺で亡くなった後の支援、⑦自殺対策に関する経験、⑧対象者の属性、である。本調査では対象者にCltの自殺死亡時の状況を想起してもらう。その際、対象者の苦痛を最小限にとどめるため、調査内容や調査方法について研究協力者と協議を重ねるなど、慎重に調査の準備を進めた。そのため、調査開始時期が当初の計画よりもやや遅れたが、2023年6月に調査を開始できる準備が整った。

This study aims to explore the development of suicide prevention and treatment in hospitals and welfare institutions. 2022 - 2022: Basic information and research plan (1) Basic knowledge and support related to SWr and suicide prevention;(2) PTSD-related symptoms related to SWr after suicide death;(3) Factors for predicting PTSD-related symptoms;(4) SWr and organizational issues related to SWr and suicide prevention; and (5) Supporter support and support issues related to SWr and suicide prevention. About 4000 members of Tokyo Social Welfare Association Survey content: ① Suicide prevention: knowledge: evaluation criteria: GKS (KOTAKAKA 2022) ② Attitude scale for suicide Japanese version: ATTS Japanese version (Kodaka et al. 2013),(3) Existence or non-existence of Clt suicide-related information,(4) Clt suicide-related information,(5) Revised criteria Japanese version: IES-R (Asukai, et al. 2002),(6) Clt suicide-related information,(8) Target attributes,(9). This study was conducted to recall the circumstances surrounding the suicide death of the target. The time, the minimum pain of the target, the investigation content, the investigation method, the research collaborator, the agreement, the careful investigation preparation, the progress. The investigation started in June 2023.
