本研究では、ソーシャルワーカー養成課程で、包括的な自殺予防教育推進に必要なプログラム等を開発することを目的としている。昨年度までは、ソーシャルワークを学ぶ学生を対象とした、講義中心の自殺予防教育プログラムに、演習プログラムをあわせた包括的自殺予防教育を目指した教育プログラム（以下、包括的教育プログラム）を開発した。2022年度は、包括的教育プログラムの実施可能性と予備的な効果検証の調査を実施した。対象者は都内A大学で社会福祉学科に所属する3年生のうち、任意で研究協力が得られる学生とした。研究対象者は、包括的教育プログラムの受講直前、直後、3か月後に質問紙に回答し提出した。包括的教育プログラムの講師は本研究の研究代表者が務めた。包括的教育プログラムは、講義約90分、休憩約10分、演習プログラム約60分で構成されている。事前調査、事後調査、3か月後調査の質問紙の構成は以下の通りである。①自殺と自殺予防に関する知識（小高ほか 2017）、②日本語版Attitudes Toward Suicide scale（ATTS）（Kodaka et al. 2013）、③自殺予防ゲートキーパー・スキル評価尺度（小高ほか 2022）、プログラム満足度・理解度・難易度（小高ほか 2017）（事後調査のみ）、⑤プログラムへのフィードバック（感想など自由記述）（事後調査のみ）。13名の学生（女性12名，92.3％）から研究協力が得られた。包括的教育プログラムの受講後は受講前と比較して、自殺予防ゲートキーパー・スキル評価尺度の合計得点が有意に向上し、3か月後は有意な低下は認められなかった。プログラム満足度も高く、有害事象は認められなかった。本研究調査から、包括的教育プログラムの実施可能性と予備的効果が確認できた。

The purpose of this study is to develop a curriculum for suicide prevention, including the necessity of suicide prevention education promotion, etc. Yesterday's year's training, the school's student training program, the handout center's suicide prevention education program, and the training programグラムをあわせた Included in the suicide prevention education program is the を开発した. The subject is a third-year student from the Department of Social Welfare at A University in Tokyo, and a student from the Ryokan University of Science and Technology. Those who study the subject, including those who have received lectures on education, will answer the questions and answers on the paper after 3 months. It consists of an educational session, about 90 minutes of lectures, a 10-minute break, and a 60-minute exercise session. The composition of the question paper for the pre-investigation, post-investigation, and 3-month post-investigation is as follows. ①Knowledge about suicide and suicide prevention (Kodaka 2017), ②Japanese version of Attitudes Toward Suicide scale (ATTS) (Kodaka et al. 2013), ③ Suicide Prevention Standards・スキル Evaluation Scale (Odaka 2022), Suitability, Comprehension, Difficulty (Odaka 2022) 2017) (Post-Investigation のみ), ⑤プログラムへのフィードバック (Feelings などFree Narration) (Post-Investigation のみ). 13 students (12 female, 92.3%) studied collaborative research. Included are the education program after the lecture, the comparison before the lecture, and the suicide prevention program. The total points of the evaluation scale are high and low, and low after 3 months.プログラム満多も高く、harmful things are recognized められなかった. This study investigates the possibility of implementation of educational programs and the confirmation of the effect of preparation.
